Aerosol Therapy

Aerosol therapy consists in projecting into the airways a micro-mist of volatile substances, medicated or not.

Medicated aerosol is a prescribed treatment for:

• FLUIDIFY bronchial secretions
• HUMIDIFY the respiratory tract

The choice of aerosol type is made directly by the prescribing physician. SOS MEDICAL technicians, trained in aerosol therapy techniques, intervene in the patient and install the equipment prescribed by the doctor.
